Common questions
I paid before and reinstalled — how do I get my subscription back?
Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to the Apple ID that bought them, so use the same one. If nothing comes back, send us the App Store receipt and we will look into it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in your Apple account, not in Witto:
- Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Pick Witto and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel during the free trial before it ends, you are not charged.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us — we have no way to issue one. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Settings › your name › Media & Purchases › View Account › Purchase History. If Apple declines and you think the case is unusual, write to us anyway and we will help you make it.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile › Settings › Delete account. The app warns you first — deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What deletion currently does: it erases everything Witto stored on the device — your onboarding answers, every exercise result, your scores, test results and Witto's age, your training state, and it signs you out and cancels scheduled reminders. Progress and training state are reset to a fresh install.
How do I reset my progress but keep the app?
There is no separate “reset progress” switch. Deleting the account (above) resets progress and training state to a fresh install, and deleting the app from the device removes the local database with it.
I found a bug. What do you need from me?
Email support@witto.tech with:
- what you did, and what happened instead;
- which screen or exercise it happened on;
- your device model and iOS version;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.
Witto has no crash reporter and no analytics, so nothing about the failure reaches us on its own — your description is the only signal we get.
